Shipping: Once your order is complete, it will be shipped with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your package has been dropped off and accepted by the post office, it is in the carrier's hands. While we are happy to help however we can, Whimsy Glow Studio is not responsible for postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
